Plotting
The step of mapping the yarns from the design process to applying fibre to the
base laminate is exact. A fully automated fibre bed allows for up to 18 yarns in
each pass - faster than a conventional paneled sail can be cut out.
Lamination
3 years of research has resulted in an advanced vaccum system combined with
direct pressure. Our method achieves the best laminate possible, short of
production in outer space.
Finishing
All of our trained sail technicians have practical on the water experience,
combined with finishing techniques that come from years of experience.
Sailing
The reality of a final product is fitted to the yacht - Ultimately a smoother,
