Doyle Sails builds its superyacht sails at the Doyle Mega-Loft in Auckland, New Zealand. The loft has built some of the largest superyacht sails ever produced worldwide

The  7,500 sq metre facility, with a 100 metre long floor is arguably the largest open span loft and one of the most specialised sail production plants in the world. The dedicated team of sailmakers at the mega loft are all sailors and have a practical hands-on experience that would be unrivaled worldwide. The Doyle Mega loft can cater for new sales and service for Gran Prix and luxury yachts from 65’ to 200’.
